Here's why you should donate
OK, you've got a nice page there, but why should I donate? You may be asking asking yourself this question.
I know that when it comes to donating, trust is everything. You want to be sure that your contribution goes exactly where you want it to go via channels that you can trust. That's why I set up this support page: to bring the treal people closer to you so you can see who exactly is benefitting from your generosity. I am in direct contact with these families and follow their daily struggles.
What Are These Donation Links Anyways?
Most of the donations go via a platform called GoFundMe, a free fundraising platform. The donation initiatives behind the links have been started by either family members or friends who live abroad, since the people in Gaza do not have access to do it themselves. You can start a fundraiser like this only in a limited number of countries. Then these friends/family members abroad wire the funds to the people in Gaza. You can donate by using Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or your credit card (in US also Venmo). Once you donate, you have the possibility to add a tip to the platform, it is not obligatory, but it helps keep the platform free for the ones who create these fundraisers.

A Personal Cause
This isn't just another charity drive; it's personal. I have friends and loved ones in Gaza who are struggling every day to survive under unimaginable conditions. They need food, clean water, medical care, and shelter—and your generosity can provide that. People are slowly returning to their hometowns and may soon find out that the house they left behind does no longer exist.
Every dollar/euro/pound you give goes directly to making a tangible difference, so you can give with confidence and see the concrete results of your kindness. Together, we can make a life-changing impact for those facing unimaginable hardships. I will be posting updates that you can follow here on this page.
Some Updates From Gaza
As more areas become available for people to go to, the state of destruction in the whole Gaza strip is becoming clearer to everyone. Bit by bit they are discovering what, if anything, is left of their old neighbourhoods. Nour, Mohamed and family saw some pictures from the north where they used to live, pictures that showed complete destruction; "Can you imagine!! I can't...I hope my home is not destroyed". There is hope and fear present at the same time.
Jameel and family used to own a thriving shoe making business. Following the army's withrawal from the industrial area it has become clear that there is nothing left of their factory, it has been turned to complete rubble. "Our factory was the largest and the only factory specialised in this field in the Gaza strip. There was no building or machinery left. And now I do not know what is left of for us here"
Please consider donating today and sharing this page with your network. Every share, every donation, every act of kindness counts.
Thank you for believing in this cause. Your support truly means the world to those in need. Together we are powerful.
